GENERAL PROVISION

  1. Restauracja & Bar Ogrody Wisła a limited liability company called “Ogrody Wisła” with is registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Wioślarska 8, hereinafter “Restaurant & Bar” is a private place and represented only by the management of the Club
  2. The only official website of the restaurant is www.ogrodywisla.pl. The restaurant is not responsible for any information posted on other websites.
  3. The presence at the events organized by the premises is tantamount to the acceptance of these regulations and consent to the free dissemination of the image recorded during the events organized by the premises, both in the form of static (photos) and dynamic (film) for marketing, promotional and image purposes and information of the premises. The consent is granted for an indefinite period and without territorial restrictions and covers all known fields of use, in particular: displaying, reproducing, broadcasting and rebroadcasting, and any other public and non-public sharing of the recorded image, especially on the Internet, television (terrestrial, cable, satellite), or on billboards / posters. The premises is also entitled to transfer the consent in question to its legal successor.
  4. If the guest participates in an event sponsored by third parties or carried out by the premises on behalf of third parties, the guest, regardless of the consent referred to in point 3, also agrees, under the conditions set out in point 3, to disseminate his image recorded by these third parties during the event.
  5. The consent specified in points 3 and 4 above also covers the dissemination of the image by other third parties as part of broadcasting and public playback of marketing materials, reports and information about events.
  6. Persons participating in the events organized by the premises are asked to read these regulations. Buying a ticket, making a reservation and entering the premises is tantamount to its acceptance.
  7. In order to ensure the safety and comfort for the guests of the premises, the premises reserves the right to refuse admission to persons who do not meet the standards in force in the premises with their appearance, clothes or behavior. This also applies to persons placed on special written lists of guests or who have generally available invitations or who have pre-booked seats in the premises.
  8. The “selector” decides about the entrance of people to the premises. The “selector” or the premises security staff have the right to refuse entry to the premises without giving a reason.
  9. For legal, moral and safety reasons, during the evening events, persons under the age of 18, without an identity card, people under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants and dressed inappropriately in relation to the suggested dress code of the given place will not be admitted to the premises. events. The “selector” or security guard has the right to check the guest’s documents in order to establish his identity and verify his age. The restaurant reserves the right to change the required minimum age limit.
  10. For safety reasons, the premises security staff have the right to refuse entry to the premises if the number of people in the premises exceeds the maximum number of people allowed on the premises.
  11. The guests of the premises are obliged to follow the recommendations of the premises and security staff, who act in the name of ensuring safety and order.
  12. The following cannot be brought to the premises: food, drinks, intoxicants and other substances, the possession and dissemination of which is prohibited by law, as well as fire and gas weapons, knives and other sharp objects, pyrotechnic products and fire- hazardous materials, other items that may pose a threat to the health or life of guests of the premises.
  13. In order to ensure the safety of the event, the security guard has the right to search the contents of bags, backpacks and clothing. In the event of refusal to submit to this inspection, the premises reserves the right to refuse access to the premises.
  14. People behaving aggressively or posing a direct threat to other guests of the premises, their property and property of the premises, in a state of intoxication, under the influence of intoxicants and violating the rules of the premises, will be asked to leave the premises.
  15. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the organized event without giving any reason. Its cancellation does not entitle to any claims.
  16. The restaurant is not responsible for random events that may occur during the event, such as: fire, evacuation ordered by the Police and Fire Department, catastrophe, bomb alarm and will not be obliged to y for reimbursement of tickets or for compensation for other claims related to non-attendance or interruption of the event due to the above-mentioned reasons.
  17. The time of closing the premises is determined according to the circumstances by the manager of the premises.
  18. The restaurant reserves the right to change the ticket price depending on the event.
  19. The fee for entering the premises is not negotiable and is not refundable in the event of leaving the premises. The ticket is for single use only. It is not allowed to transfer the ticket to third parties.

  21. The premises is a monitored facility.
  22. Participation in the premises events is tantamount to following the indications and commands of the premises staff and security.
  23. In the event of a drastic breach of the premises regulations, the security staff have the right to use the measures provided for by law in order to immediately ensure the safety of the premises.
  24. In the event of causing material damage to the premises, committing an offense or improper behavior, security staff have the right to immediately hand over the perpetrator to the Police. The perpetrator of the destruction or the person responsible for the damage caused to the premises is responsible.
  25. The perpetrators bear financial and criminal liability for the destruction of property in the premises.
  26. In order to organize a promotional, advertising and fundraising campaign, it is necessary to apply for the consent of the management of the premises.
  27. The guest is obliged to use the equipment of the premises in accordance with its intended use.
  28. The guest is obliged to stay on the premises with items that are the property of the premises, e.g. glasses, coolers, etc.
  29. The staff of the premises may remove glasses, bottles and the like left in places where they may pose a threat to other people.
  30. The premises shall not be liable for any damage to property or persons, including in the area adjacent to the premises or within it.
  31. Smoking is prohibited in the premises, except for specially marked and adapted smoking areas – the premises’ garden. People staying in these places voluntarily agree to stay in tobacco smoke.
  32. The guests of the premises voluntarily risk being constantly in the noise intensity zone, which may damage their hearing.
  33. The restaurant staff has the right to refuse to serve alcohol to a drunk person.
  34. Pursuant to Art. 15. Point 2, the employees of the premises are obliged to refuse to sell alcohol to a minor.
  35. The restaurant is not responsible for items left or lost on the premises of the premises.
  36. FINAL PROVISIONS
  37. The regulations in the above wording are valid from 01/01/2020 until the date of their modification or cancellation.
